BNM Webfest Mission:

The Baltimore Next Media Web Fest is a festival dedicated to showcasing and promoting the best of National and International Digital Media including Web Series, Streaming TV shows and Pilots, Short Films, Podcasts, Screenplays, Music Videos and VR Content.
The Festival consists of three to four days of an In-Person Festival with Screenings, Filmmaker Talk-Backs, Panel Discussions with Entertainment and Film Professionals, Networking events, a Pitchfest, Keynote Speakers, as well as red carpet opportunities and an Awards Ceremony with an After Party. There is always a Creator's Brunch on the last day as people leave the festival.

BNM Webfest History:
The festival has been around for SIX years now. During the first 3 years Web Series Creators and Filmmakers traveled to Baltimore from as far as Australia, England, Russia, Brazil and Canada.
For the 4th year - the festival was FREE and VIRTUAL for All! We screened 132 projects from 22 different countries.

For the 5th year - We screened 100 projects Virtually on the SPARQFest.Live website and held an In Person festival from Nov 4th thru 7th, 2021 at the Co-Balt Event Space in Hamden.
​
The 6th year will be from November 3rd thru 6th, 2022, and will be at Hotel Indigo in Baltimore for Screenings and panels. The After Parties will be at the Harbor East area. 137 projects will screen virtually and 30 will screen in person at the Indigo Hotel - Baltimore.
